I changed to bitrate to 16000 which is supposed to be 4K, nope, says i can only turn it to 7000 max so Ok I did that, changed it to 7000, but it is still capped at 720p and the bit rate on netflix reflects that too, its no where near 7000 its actually more like 3000ish. netflix low bitrate reddit
